“Except your aunt with breast cancer is just a person and we’re talking about a Ferrari 250 GT Spyder! I love driving it. It’s so choice! If you have the means I highly recommend you picking one up. Anyway, what were we talking about?”

The ONLY ANSWER is to provide the SAME health coverage is everyone in the country, i.e., Medicare. You cannot force young people to pay high expenses for older folk. Likewise, it’s inequitable to make low wage earners who can’t afford benefits pay for Medicare and Medicaid when they aren’t eligible for assistance themselves.
National Health, and put doctors on salaries. I don’t see why all of them should be driving Beemers, Infinities, Lexus and Porches. Put them on salary, give them reasonable working conditions and benefits, and let more people go to medical school — which, btw, taxpayers subsidize to the tune of about 70% of the cost of their education.
The amount businesses spend to provide private insurance for their employees should be more than sufficient to fund health care for the entire country.
